    I just received this late Thursday, so I haven't had a chance to do much with it. It looks a lot like brown sugar, although not as moist. I had a small taste that evening ... it's definitely sweet and my first thought turned to baking.

    I'm moderating my carb intake, so am currently mixing it half and half with white sugar in my coffee. I haven't detected a huge taste difference at this point.

    I do wish it came in a larger size and a more economical price point. I'd love to use it solo in my coffee, as well as using it in cooking and baking. But I'm on a limited budget, so I'll have to limit my use of it. I do plan on subbing it for a portion of any sugar called for in recipes when I can.

    Only reason for the 4 stars is because of my limited use of it since receiving it.
